Marineer vervolgens\u00a0<b>200 gr. Kipfilet<\/b>\u00a0met de sap van\u00a0<b>1 uitgeknepen limoen<\/b>\u00a0en knoflook voor 2 uur in een afgedekte schaal\/bak. Rooster ondertussen\u00a0<b>60 gr. pijnboompitten<\/b>\u00a0en snijd<b>\u00a01 rode ui<\/b>\u00a0in halve ringen. Snijd ook\u00a0<b>1 rode paprika\u00a0<\/b>in repen en snijd ook alle\u00a0<b>250 gr. champignons<\/b>\u00a0op en bak deze goudbruin. Bak de ui champignons en paprika tot ze glazig zijn. Bak de kipfilet in de oven op\u00a0<b>220\u00b0C\u00a0<\/b>tot ze helemaal gaar is. Haal de kip uit de oven en snijd het filetje vervolgens in reepjes. Leg de\u00a0<b>4 O Mundo Pita\u2019s<\/b>\u00a0in een broodrooster of in de oven en bak ze bruin. Snijd ze gedeeltelijk open en doe er een goede schep\u00a0<b>humus<\/b>\u00a0in. Leg\u00a0<b>50 gr. Hazelnoten<\/b>\u00a0en de\u00a0<b>4 O Mundo pitabroodjes<\/b>\u00a0in een ovenschaal en bak ze circa 5-8 min. Snijd\u00a0<b>2 peren<\/b>\u00a0in lange plakjes waarbij je ook het klokhuis verwijderd. De schil mag gewoon blijven zitten, zorg wel dat de peren gewassen zijn. Laat ondertussen ook\u00a0<b>400 gr. Artisjokharten<\/b>\u00a0uitlekken. Meng\u00a0<b>100 ml. Yoghurt<\/b>\u00a0en\u00a0<b>4 el mayonaise<\/b>\u00a0in een komt met een\u00a0<b>\u00bd teentje uitgeperste knoflook<\/b>. Snijd de<b>\u00a0dille\u00a0<\/b>fijn en voeg het toe aan de knoflook-mayonaise saus en breng het op smaak met zout en peper.<br \/>Haal de hazelnoten uit de oven en hak ze in grove stukken. Snijd ook de broodjes open zodat er een opening ontstaat. Verdeel wat\u00a0<b>veldsla<\/b>, peer, artisjokken en hazelnootjes erover (Wat je overhoudt kan je voor een salade gebruiken). Verhit vervolgens een grillpan en snijdt\u00a0<b>1\u00a0pak haloumi<\/b>\u00a0in plakken. Grill ze aan beide kanten voor 1 \u00bd minuut. Leg de haloumi in de broodjes. Snijd de komkommer in een paar stukken zodat hij gemakkelijk in de blender past. Doe er\u00a0<b>1\/2 teen knoflook<\/b>,\u00a0<b>15 gr. Koriander, 1 tl. Gemalen komijn en 125 gr. Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/b>\u00a0bij en maal het ongeveer 10 sec. Doe er wat\u00a0<b>zout en peper<\/b>\u00a0bij voor de smaak.<br \/>Snijd de\u00a0<b>4 opgewarmde O Mundo pitabroodjes<\/b>\u00a0open en beleg ze met een handjevol\u00a0<b>rucola<\/b>. Rooster de\u00a0<b>O Mundo Pita broodjes<\/b>\u00a0in de oven of in een toaster. Maak de pita broodjes open en vul met\u00a0<b>tzatziki<\/b>, wat\u00a0<b>veldsla\u00a0<\/b>en de worstel sliertjes. Eindig met de gebakken tofu en nog wat tzatziki.<br \/>Haal de hazelnoten uit de oven en hak ze in grove stukken. Snijd ook de broodjes open zodat er een opening ontstaat.
